Update - Our Cloud Service Provider AWS has informed us they are operating in a Severely Impaired State with their services. We are exploring other alternatives into getting services back online. At this time, please put due diligence into having locations perform manual temperature checks.

Update - Our service provider continues to work on the issue. We have temporarily disabled missed report alerts to avoid alert fatigue. We will restore these alerts once data is reliably flowing through the system.

Update - Our service provider, AWS, has acknowledged the issue and is working to remediate. We have temporarily disabled missed report alerts to avoid alert fatigue. We will restore these alerts once data is reliably flowing through the system. Temperature and other alarm thresholds are unaffected and will continue to apply as data does flow through the system.
